The Urus Plug-In Hybrid (PHEV) is scheduled to make its debut on April 24, 2024 by Lamborghini. Together with five other vehicles that are scheduled for worldwide premieres, the hybrid performance SUV will be on display at the Volkswagen Group Night event. The Volkswagen concept will be present, and the Audi Q6 L e-tron is one of these five vehicles. The Lamborghini Urus PHEV has been teased on social media by the Italian supercar brand ahead of its planned worldwide debut.

According to Lamborghini, the SUV will provide many thrills. Updated LED headlamps and a redesigned front bumper will be featured on the next PHEV Urus model, while the rear profile will also see changes. The Lamborghini Urus PHEV’s interior will include an updated dashboard with a larger touchscreen infotainment panel. Anticipate new trims, switchgear, and a revamped lower display for the SUV.

Regarding the drivetrain, the Lamborghini Urus PHEV would be equipped with a 25.9 kWh battery pack, an electric motor, and a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine. The combined output of this system is 948 Nm of maximum torque and 719 bhp of peak power. The Porsche Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid’s features and powertrain are similar to this one.

It’s interesting to note that this implies the new model will have a higher power output than the standard Urus. Additionally, the Porsche Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid can accelerate from 0 to 96 miles per hour in 3.5 seconds, with a maximum speed of 295 mph. Expect a comparable performance from the Urus PHEV.
The impending Urus PHEV is a crucial component of Lamborghini’s ambition to electrify its product lineup, which has been the company’s main priority.
