Parineeti Chopra and politician Raghav Chadha wed in a lavish ceremony in Udaipur last month. Since their time living in London, the two had known one another.

This morning, Parineeti Chopra turned 35. During the celebration, her husband and AAP leader Raghav Chadha sent her a collection of images from “our first year together.” In a lavish wedding ceremony held in Udaipur last month, Raghav and Parineeti tied the knot.

Raghav’s wish for Parineeti

On Sunday, Raghav posted a carousel of images of him and Parineeti from their dating on his Instagram account. “You light up my life like a superstar, Paru,” he wrote in the caption. All it takes is a grin from you to make my difficult and hectic existence pleasant. You make my life SO much more joyful… I want to honor you on this wonderful day for the incredible woman you are. Here’s to more smiles, more affection, and more special moments spent together like these lovely ones from our first year of dating. Happy Birthday Wifey!”

The first image Raghav posted appears to be from a lakeside location in Udaipur, where they are both seated beneath the same blue umbrella. Parineeti is sporting a beige top, while Raghav is wearing a white shirt. The second image is a cute restaurant photo in which Parineeti shows the “Reserved” sign to the photographer, Raghav. We think that she is flaunting her engagement ring at the same time that Raghav proposed to her.

The third one, which features Parineeti and Raghav standing next to one other in formal wear, appears to be from a London street. Raghav is dressed in a blue suit, while Parineeti wears a black dress, a striped white blazer, and sunglasses. The following image again shows a street in London, but this time they are both standing apart and wearing casual clothing.

The two are seen hugging at a restaurant table in the following image, which is more personal. Once more, she wears white with blue denim to contrast with his black outfit. The blue umbrella reappears in the following image as Parineeti and Raghav stand behind the open umbrellas and look in the same direction.

In the final image, they can be seen standing next to one another in a different restaurant. Parineeti is dressed entirely in denim, accented with a black cap, a brown handbag, and a white cardigan, while Raghav is wearing blue denims.
