Jaguar Air Bag Tear Recall
2,409 Jaguar E-Pace models from 2021–2023 are being recalled. The company stated that the passenger air bag might rupture upon deployment in the NHTSA report. An airbag that is torn may not be able to keep a person safe in a collision. This may make getting hurt more likely. A ripped air bag may release hot gases that could burn a passenger.
Dealers for Jaguar vehicles will provide a complimentary servicing. The passenger air bag module will be changed out by mechanics. On June 14, recall notification letters are anticipated to be distributed. Jaguar owners can reach out to customer care by calling 1-800-452-4827. H491 is Jaguar’s number for this recall.

Air Bag Rupture is the Reason for the BMW Recall
BMW is recalling 5,761 of its models from 2014 to 2015. According to the company’s NHTSA report, there is a possibility of a weld joint failure in the head air bag inflator, leading to a rupture or gas leakage from the device. Sharp metal particles could enter or escape the vehicle if an inflator bursts. Furthermore, in the event of a crash, a gas-leaking inflator might only partially inflate. There will be a higher chance of injury from both flaws.
Dealers will swap out the head air bags for free. On June 14, recall notice letters are anticipated to be mailed. BMW owners can reach out to customer care by calling 1-800-525-7417.
