1&2. Tata Curvv EV & ICE:
On August 7, Tata is likely to release the Curvv EV’s pricing, with a starting price of more than Rs. 17 lakh (ex-showroom). The highest-spec models are probably going to have a range of more than 600 kilometers and be packed with high-end features and technology. Sooner rather than later, the Curvv ICE is anticipated to make its showroom premiere after the EV. The 1.5L diesel and 1.2L gasoline engines in the ICE versions will come with manual and automatic transmission options.
3. Mahindra Thar Roxx:
On August 15, Mahindra & Mahindra will unveil the five-door Thar Roxx, which has major exterior upgrades over the three-door predecessor and a more sophisticated, feature-rich cabin. The cabin of this new lifestyle off-road SUV will be more roomy due to its greater proportions. Three engine options will be available: a 1.5L diesel, a 2.2L diesel, and a 2.0L petrol. Manual and automatic transmission options will also be offered.
4. Citroen Basalt:
The 1.2L three-cylinder NA gasoline and its turbocharged petrol version will power the Citroen Basalt SUV Coupe, which will go up against the IC-powered Tata Curvv head-to-head. It will come with a choice of manual or automatic gearboxes. The Basalt, which was unveiled yesterday, will shortly have its Indian pricing disclosed. It is available on the extensively localized CMP platform. It’s going to be up above the C3 Aircross.
5. Lamborghini Urus SE:
On August 9, Lamborghini will release the Urus SE PHEV in India. It has an electric motor and a 4.0L twin-turbocharged V8 engine that together generate 789 horsepower and 950 Nm of torque. Its 0-100 kmph acceleration time is under 3.4 seconds, and its electric-only range is 60 km.
