Numerous new SUVs from manufacturers like Tata Motors, Mahindra, Nissan, and Citroen are eager to make their debut in India throughout the next three to four weeks.

1. New Nissan X-Trail:

    In India, reservations for the fourth generation X-Trail opened a few days ago, and the car’s pricing will be revealed on August 1, 2024. It will only be offered in restricted quantities and enter the nation through the CBU channel. It has a 1.5L three-cylinder turbocharged gasoline engine mated to a CVT. The electric SUV Aria is set to make its debut shortly after the seven-seater SUV.

    2. Citroen Basalt:

      The upcoming Tata Curvv ICE and the Citroen Basalt will compete against one other. A 1.2L three-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine with 110 PS of maximum power and 205 Nm of peak torque would power the SUV coupe.

      Either a six-speed AT or MT will be matched with it. August 2 is when the production version of the Basalt is expected to be unveiled; the cost will be revealed in the coming weeks.

      3&4. Tata Curvv EV & ICE:

      beginning costs for the Curvv EV are anticipated to be announced by Tata Motors on August 7, 2024, with an ex-showroom beginning price of around Rs. 16.5 lakh. The Curvv ICE, which has a 1.5L diesel and 1.2L gasoline engine, will be on sale in the coming weeks after the EV’s launch. With two battery options, the Curvv EV is expected to have a range of more than 600 miles. In the beginning of 2025, Tata also intends to introduce the Harrier EV.

      5. Mahindra Thar Roxx:

        On August 15, 2024, Mahindra & Mahindra will unveil the five-door Thar Roxx, which has a number of notable cosmetic upgrades over the three-door model. Due to its larger size, this model will have a more spacious interior for greater comfort. Three different engine options are available: a 1.5L diesel, a 2.2L diesel, and a 2.0L petrol. It will have an array of features, such as an automatic air conditioning system, a panoramic sunroof, a digital instrument dashboard, and a 10.25-inch touchscreen display.
