With the introduction of the Creta facelift in the Indian market, Hyundai Motor India Limited got off to a great start in 2024. In barely three months, the mid-size SUV saw over one lakh reservations. There’s a reason why the Hyundai Creta has always been among the top-selling SUVs in the Indian market.

The design of the departing Creta caused some controversy. The new one has better road presence and a more rough appearance due to its increased squareness. Along with new DRLS and a light bar up front, there are new LED headlights. A modern pair of LED tail lamps joined by a light bar have also been added to the rear.

Hyundai Creta 2024: Redesigned Interior

Due to the new dual-tone motif, the interior now has a more modern appearance. The infotainment system and instrument cluster are integrated into a redesigned dashboard layout. There is still 433 liters of boot space, and three persons can fit in the back seat at once. Regretfully, the middle occupant lacks a headrest.

The Creta is equipped with numerous safety features, including an automated parking brake with auto hold, hill hold control, stability control, an emergency stop signal, blind view monitor, 360-degree camera, ADAS, and more.

Hyundai Creta 2024: Available Engines and Transmissions

Three engine options are available for the Hyundai Creta from 2024. Each of the three can hold 1.5 liters. There are three types of engines: diesel, turbocharged, and naturally aspirated gasoline. The redesigned Creta has four different gearbox options: a seven-speed DCT (Dual Clutch gearbox), a six-speed torque converter automatic, an IVT (Intelligent Variable Transmission), and a six-speed manual.

Hyundai Creta 2024: Cost and Available Options

Hyundai has seven different Creta models available. E, EX, S, S(O), SX, SX Tech, and SX(O) are among them. The range of prices is 11 lakh to 20.15 lakh. Hyundai has also unveiled the Creta’s N Line version, which is only available in the N8 and N10 trim levels. The cost of the Creta N Line ranges from ₹16.82 lakh to ₹20.45 lakh. All listed prices are ex-showroom.
