Filmed by Venkat Prabhu and starring Thalapathy Vijay, Goat made a big debut in theaters on September 5. Buzz about the film has been all over social media, to mixed reviews thus far. According to sources, a streaming partner has already been selected for the movie. A longer version of Vijay’s Goat may be available on OTT following its theatrical run. After Goat’s theatrical run concludes, it will be available on Netflix for months.

Goat extended cut

In an interview, Venkat Prabhu—whom OTT play cited—stated that the picture was three hours and twenty minutes long, of which eighteen minutes had to be cut for theatrical release. The movie now has a final runtime of three hours and three minutes after censor board certification. It has been certified U/A. It is anticipated that Goat’s longer version, which spans three hours and twenty minutes and contains the removed scenes, would be made available on over-the-top streaming services.
