The pricing of the brand-new BMW 5 Series LWB will be formally revealed by BMW today. The premium CE 04 electric scooter will also be introduced. The Cooper S version of the fifth generation Mini Cooper, which had its global premiere in late 2023 and has a 2.0L four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine producing 201 horsepower, is now making its way to India. The new Mini Cooper, a three-door model in its fifth generation, is supposed to capture the spirit of “urban driving fun” and to showcase the brand’s heritage through its distinctive appearance.

For the first time, it will be offered as a fully imported model in India. Reservations for both models are now being accepted online and at authorized dealerships. The Countryman EV comes in two worldwide varieties, SE ALL4 and E, and shares some characteristics with the BMW iX1.

Each version has a 64.7 kWh battery pack installed. The E model includes a single electric motor that generates 250 Nm of torque and 204 horsepower. With one electric motor powering each axle, the SE ALL4 model has a twin electric motor arrangement that produces a combined 313 horsepower and 493 Nm of torque.

The SE ALL4 variant has a range of 433 km on a single charge, whereas the E variant offers a driving range of 461 km

The 2.0L four-cylinder turbocharged petrol and diesel engines with mild hybrid technology that power the 5 Series LWB will come standard with an eight-speed AT transmission. In contrast, TVS’s Hosur, Tamil Nadu, production site produces the BMW CE 4. It has a claimed range of 130 km thanks to a 15 kW permanent magnet, a liquid-cooled synchronous electric motor, and an 8.9 kWh battery pack.
