A recent dealer note (via CarsDirect) suggests that MSRP reductions for Mercedes EQS EV cars from 2023 could reach up to $20,000. The offer is only valid through April 1st, and cars are selling out quickly, so you might need to move quickly.
The 2023 EQS models have a $7,500 lease incentive cash offer advertised on their website. Mercedes does, however, state in the fine print that the offer also requires a $9,699 dealer contribution. This has a $10,000 maximum.

The 2023 Mercedes EQS AMG has up to $20,000 off MSRP with stackable discounts. In the meantime, a $5,000 discount is applied to the EQS 450 and $7,500 is given to the EQS 580.
That being said, there is a severe shortage of inventory, so these offers won’t last long. There is presently only a $1,000 incentive available for the new 2024 models; no additional reductions are being offered.
The new promotions follow the introduction of large discounts by Volkswagen, Ford, and Hyundai to get rid of their EV versions.
