The Himalayan Electric 2.0 was formally unveiled in Milan, Italy. The most recent iteration, which was first displayed during last year’s EICMA, includes new design features and a number of significant improvements. Royal Enfield’s goal with the Himalayan Electric 2.0 is to further refine the concept in order to provide an electric ADV that is more resilient and prepared for future launches.

The prototype’s design combines elements of an adventure tourer and a full-fledged rally machine, drawing style inspirations from the Himalayan 450. Like the most recent Himalayan, it has a circular LED headlamp unit and a well-known large transparent windscreen.

Nonetheless, compared to the Himalayan 450, the overall design is more unified and compact because to the integrated battery pack and electric motor. As a result, RE is already creating three electric motorcycles for the Indian market.

The Himalayan EV is expected to hit dealerships around the same time as the Flying Flea C6, which is scheduled to debut in the spring of 2026. The S6 may follow a year later. According to reports, the Royal Enfield Himalayan Electric 2.0 boasts a brand-new battery pack and e-motor in addition to a redesigned user interface for the instrument console.

It also has golden-finished wire-spoked wheels, and a dual-channel ABS system supports the front and rear disc brakes that perform the suspension chores. The rider sits tall on the motorcycle, and it also acquires a huge swingarm. It will have mountings for touring gear, a large wheelbase, and plenty of ground clearance.

Another noteworthy feature of the Royal Enfield Himalayan Electric 2.0 is the electric suspension.
