A new smartphone from Vivo’s Y-series has been released in Singapore. The Vivo Y28 4G is the name of the gadget. It comes with minor improvements as the Vivo Y27’s replacement. The most recent model is designed to resemble the iQOO Z9 series. Since January of this year, the Vivo Y28 has also been available in India in a 5G variant.
Features and characteristics of the Vivo Y28 4G
The Vivo Y28 4G shares a square camera island on the back panel with smartphones in the iQOO Z9 series. Its frame is high-gloss silver and flat. You can use the power button as a fingerprint scanner. The smartphone has water and dust resistance certified IP64.
The 6.68-inch LCD display on the front of the Vivo Y28 4G has a resolution of 1,608 x 720 pixels. It has a peak brightness of 1,000 nits and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. A pair of stereo speakers featuring Hi-Res audio certification is included for a rich and immersive music experience.
The Vivo Y28 4G boasts two back cameras: one with a 50MP primary sensor and the other with a 2MP bokeh lens combined with an LED flash. In addition, there’s a selfie countdown, gentle notifications, and Dynamic Light that syncs with music. There is an 8MP selfie camera on the phone.
The Vivo Y28 4G is outfitted with an internal Helio G85 CPU. The gadget has 256GB of native storage and 8GB of virtual RAM. It is powered by a 44W rapid charging capable 6,000mAh battery cell. Based on Android 14, Funtouch OS 14 is pre-installed on the smartphone.
Agate Green and Gleaming Orange are the available colors for the Vivo Y28 4G. The price of $268 Singapore dollars is displayed on the website of a Singaporean merchant.
