After the iQOO 12 Pro 5G and its launch in China last month, the iQOO 12 5G is scheduled to launch in India on Tuesday, December 12. Meanwhile, the iQOO 12 5G’s price was been leaked on Amazon ahead of its official launch in India. However, the massive online retailer has since removed it.

The iQOO 12 5G will cost ₹52,999 and ₹57,999 for the 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB versions, respectively, according to tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore on X. He said, “iQOO 12 Indian Prices accidentally revealed Amazon!,” along with screenshots of the prices that had been leaked from Amazon’s page on X. ₹52,999 for 12GB+256GB and ₹57,999 for 16GB+512GB.

Pre-orders for the phone are still open even after Amazon removed the listing. For ₹999, customers can reserve the smartphone in advance. After making a reservation, the gadget can be bought between December 13 and December 14.

Before this, on November 29, a different tipster posted on X, claiming that the upcoming smartphone would retail for between ₹53,000 and ₹55,000 in India. “Here’s a snippet of the box price of the upcoming iQOO 12 for you (₹5X,999.00),” he commented with an image that had been leaked. The gadget will probably cost between ₹53,000 and ₹55,000 in India.

The phone will run on Qualcomm’s most recent flagship chipset, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, according to iQOO. Based on Android 14, Funtouch OS 14 will be used by the smartphone.

The operating system of the iQOO 12 will not include any popular apps or games, but it will come with four years’ worth of security upgrades and three years’ worth of Android updates, according to iQOO’s confirmation.

It is expected that the smartphone will have a 6.78-inch 2K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. Additionally, the iQOO 12’s official teaser featured the device with a triple back camera setup with a 100x magnification. According to sources, the iQOO 12 5G is anticipated to feature two 50MP sensors, one for astrography and one for ultra-wide photography.

As with the past iQOO flagships, the phone will be released in association with BMW Motorsport, according to the official announcement. According to the teaser that was posted, it would come in white and red color options. The BMW Motorsport logo will also be present on the white iQOO 12 5G model.
