At EICMA 2024 in Milan, Italy, the Aprilia RSV4 and RSV4 Factory models for 2025 were presented. The two superbikes have undergone a number of upgrades that improve the hardware while preserving the aesthetics. The performance of the new RSV4 is the main attraction for the new model year, despite the fact that it appears very identical to its older generation versions. The Aprilia RSV4 is currently the world’s most potent homologated production superbike.

2025 Aprilia RSV4: Tech

With a new-generation predictive electronic control technique, Aprilia has modernized the tech suite. This allows the RSV4 to process a number of characteristics, including throttle application, gear position, speed, and lean angle, and then utilize an algorithm to predict what will happen next. The system uses this data to modify rider aids including wheelie control, yaw control, and traction control.

The Aprilia Performance Ride Control (APRC) suite, which includes eight-stage traction control, predictive slide control, three engine map options, three-stage engine-brake control, and more, is controlled by a six-axis IMU in both versions. The bikes also come with three pre-programmed riding modes. The five-inch TFT dash, which has updated graphics and is controlled via backlit buttons on the handlebars, provides access to them.

Aprilia RSV4 2025: Performance and Powertrain

The 1,099 cc 65-degree V4 engine powers the new Aprila RSV4 and RSV4 Factory. The upgraded unit now produces 220 horsepower and 125 Nm of torque and complies with the most recent Euro 5+ emissions regulations. The 2025 RSV4 is the most powerful homologated production bike in the world, producing 3 horsepower more than the previous model. A six-speed gearbox and a bidirectional quickshifter are mated to the V4 engine.

Aprilia credits a redesigned exhaust system and 52 mm throttle bodies for the improved performance. Excellent performance is accompanied by an even higher amount of heat, which Aprilia has reduced by adding stronger radiator fans. To lessen the quantity of heat aimed at the rider, the catalytic converter has also been moved.

2025 Aprilia RSV4: Hardware

The Aprilia RSV4 has more effective Brembo Hypure brakes and a lighter triple clamp. Stingray Blue and Poison Yellow are the two colors available for the regular model. The RSV4 Factory comes with a number of hardware upgrades over the standard model and is available in Dark Kraken. It comes with a GPS module as standard and has corner-to-corner suspension, wheelie, and traction control adjustment capabilities.

Track-specific features like a pit lane limiter, launch control, and a race dashboard are also included in the Factory model. It has semi-active Öhlins Smart EC 2.0 suspension and forged aluminum wheels, while the standard model has a Sachs unit.
