The Honor GT phone and the Honor Pad V9 were introduced in China on Monday. The tablet has a 10,100mAh battery, a MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Extreme Edition CPU, and an 11.5-inch 2.8K LCD screen. It is an eight-speaker system with capabilities for spatial audio and comes with MagicOS 9.0, which is based on Android 15. It supports Honor’s Magic Pencil 3 and Pad V9 Smart Bluetooth keyboard and comes in regular and Soft Light versions. The Honor Pad V8, which debuted in China in April 2023, is replaced by this tablet.

Honor Pad V9 Cost, Availability, and Available Colors

The Honor Pad V9’s 8GB + 128GB model costs CNY 2,099 (about Rs. 24,500) in China, while the 8GB + 256GB model costs CNY 2,299 (about Rs. 26,800). For a brief period, these are available for purchase at special prices of CNY 1,999 (about Rs. 23,300) and CNY 2,199 (about Rs. 25,600), respectively.

The Honor Pad V9’s 12GB RAM models are priced at CNY 2,499 (about Rs. 29,100) for the 256GB model and CNY 2,799 (about Rs. 32,600) for the 512GB model. In the meantime, the Honor Pad V9 Soft Light Version’s 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB models are priced at CNY 2,399, or about Rs. 28,000, and 2,699, or about Rs. 31,500, respectively.

The tablet-compatible Honor Magic Pencil 3 costs CNY 499, or about Rs. 5,800, and the Pad V9 Smart Bluetooth Keyboard costs CNY 449, or about Rs. 5,200.

The Honor China e-store offers the Honor Pad V9 and its accessories for sale. Pre-orders for the tablet are now being accepted, and on December 24, it will go on sale nationwide. Yulong Snow (which translates from Chinese), Cangshan Grey, and Luyan Purple are the three color selections available.

Features and Specifications of the Honor Pad V9

An 11.5-inch 2.8K (2,800 x 1,840 pixel) IMAX Enhanced LCD screen with a refresh rate of 144 Hz, a pixel density of 291 ppi, a maximum brightness level of 500 nits, DCI-P3 color gamut, and support for HDR Vivid is included on the Honor Pad V9. The display has low blue light, flicker-free, and reflection-free TÜV Rheinland certifications.

The Pad V9 tablet from Honor has a MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Extreme Edition chipset. Up to 512GB of internal storage and 12GB of RAM are supported. It comes pre-installed with MagicOS 9.0, which is based on Android 15. It has a number of AI-powered capabilities that are supposed to aid users in multitasking and taking notes. It has YOYO, an AI assistant.

The Honor Pad V9’s camera consists of an 8-megapixel front-facing sensor and a 13-megapixel primary rear sensor. The tablet has an eight-speaker system that supports DTS:X and spatial audio and has Hi-Res Audio certifications.

A 10,100mAh battery that supports 66W cable fast charging is included in the Honor Pad V9. Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 6, and a USB Type-C connection are among the connectivity possibilities. The tablet weighs 475g and has dimensions of 259.1 x 176.1 x 6.1 mm.
