Festive versions of Huawei’s Watch GT 5 and Watch GT 5 Pro smartwatches have been released in Europe. To accommodate a range of tastes, these limited-edition models feature different strap options and festive red and green colors.

You can choose between three different strap combinations for the red 41mm Watch GT 5: red and blue fluoroelastomer, red fluoroelastomer with white leather, and red fluoroelastomer with a gold Milanese strap. Both green and black fluoroelastomer and green fluoroelastomer with brown leather are available for the 46mm Watch GT 5’s strap. The high-end Watch GT 5 Pro is also offered in green with fluoroelastomer straps that are both green and black.

In addition to the physical modifications, these timepieces will feature a unique Christmas watch face called “Xmas Starlit Holiday.” The basic characteristics of the original models have not altered, even though the design has been refreshed for the holiday season. AMOLED screens, Bluetooth calling, workout tracking, thorough health tracking, and other intelligent functions are available on both watches. Additionally, starting on December 21, all models will have access to the Huawei Health app’s exclusive Christmas watch face, “Xmas Starlit Holiday.”

Features of the Huawei Watch GT 5 and GT 5 Pro

Offering cutting-edge features in a variety of sizes, the Huawei Watch GT 5 and GT 5 Pro come in 41mm (1.32-inch AMOLED) and 46mm (1.43-inch AMOLED) variants. Constructed from 316L stainless steel, they provide enhanced precision GPS, heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep tracking, and women’s health tracking. The GT 5 has a 46mm battery that lasts up to 14 days and has wireless charging capability.

The GT 5 Pro uses ceramics, sapphire glass, and titanium to increase durability (42mm). An ECG sensor, topographic maps, offline navigation, sophisticated running analytics, and more than 100 training modes—including a golf mode with 3D course maps—are among the many features it offers. It has the same battery life as the GT 5 and is IP69K approved for severe environments. It is water-resistant up to 40 meters.

Cost and accessibility

The UK, Spain, and the Netherlands are among the European nations where the Huawei Watch GT 5 Festive Editions are being offered. The 41mm variant costs £239.99 (€259.99), while the Watch GT 5 Pro costs £339.99 (€389.99).
