The Galaxy F55 5G smartphone has been formally unveiled by Samsung in India.
The gadget, known as the Galaxy C55, was first made available only in China.
With a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a maximum brightness of 1,000 nits, the new gadget has a 6.7-inch Full-HD+ display. Here, it is priced as little as ₹26,999.
Cameras and Performance
Running Android 14.2, the Galaxy F55 5G is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 CPU.
There are three different storage options available: 8GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB, and 12GB/256GB.
The phone has a triple camera arrangement on the back and a good front camera for taking selfies.
The rear configuration consists of a 50MP primary lens with optical image stabilization (OIS), an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro lens.
Extra Features and Costs
The 5,000mAh battery that powers the Galaxy F55 5G allows for 45W rapid charging.
Along with IP67 water and dust resistance, dual stereo speakers, an in-display fingerprint sensor, USB 2.0, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and Wi-Fi 6.
In addition to five years of security upgrades, the gadget comes with four years of Android updates and Knox security.
There are three different versions of the smartphone available: the 8GB/128GB model costs ₹26,999, the 8GB/256GB model costs ₹29,999, and the most expensive model costs ₹32,999.
