The company’s newest midrange smartphone, the Lava Agni 3, was introduced in India on Friday. Both a 1.74-inch AMOLED touchscreen display and a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz are featured on it, providing access to some of the smartphone’s functions. Both a 16-megapixel selfie camera and a triple back camera arrangement are featured on the device. With Android 14.1, the MediaTek Dimensity 7300X CPU and 8GB of RAM power the Lava Agni 3. A 5,000mAh battery that can be charged at 66W powers the device.
Lava Agni 3 Cost and Availability in India
The entry-level Lava Agni 3 model, which comes with 128GB of storage and 8GB of RAM, costs Rs. 20,999 in India and does not include a charging cable. For Rs. 22,999, the same configuration is offered with a charger. Lava will also offer a 256GB storage model for Rs. 24,999 that comes with a charger.
On October 9 at midnight, the phone will be available for purchase in India through Amazon. It comes in two color options: Pristine Glass and Heather Glass.

Running Android 14, the dual-SIM (Nano+Nano) Lava Agni 3 is expected to receive three OS version upgrades and security updates over the course of four years. The phone sports a 6.78-inch 1.5K (1,200×2,652 pixel) AMOLED screen with a peak brightness of 1200 nits and 120 Hz refresh rate. A 1.74-inch AMOLED touch screen on the back of the device is utilized for a variety of functions, including timer and alarm settings, music controls, selfie photography with the rear cameras, and call and message answering.
The smartphone is outfitted by Lava with a 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7300X chipset and 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM. The company claims that up to 8GB of unused storage can potentially be used as “virtual RAM.” The phone has a ‘Action’ button that may be used to activate the flashlight, change from ringer to silent mode, and operate as the camera shutter.
The phone boasts three cameras on its back: an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera with a 112-degree field of view, a 50-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilization, and an 8-megapixel telephoto camera with an electronic image stabilization system and a 3x optical zoom. The phone features a 16-megapixel EIS selfie camera on the front.
There is 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage available to you, and it cannot be increased using an external memory card. Dolby Atmos dual stereo speakers are a feature of the Lava Agni 3. Other connectivity choices include USB Type-C, GPS, NavIC, Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi-6E, 5G, and 4G LTE. It has a proximity sensor, gyroscope, accelerometer, e-compass, and ambient light sensor installed.
With its 5,000mAh battery and 66W charging capability, the Lava Agni 3 is claimed to be able to charge a phone to 50% capacity in just 19 minutes. For biometric authentication, there is a fingerprint sensor integrated within the display. Its dimensions are 163.7 x 75.53 x 8.8 mm and its weight is 212g.
