The trim range for Kia India’s Seltos and Sonet SUVs is being modified. The goal of this update is to give customers more options, feature enhancements for all trim levels, and an affordable turbo option. The inclusion of four additional GTX versions for both models is the most significant update.

These versions give customers more options for powertrain combinations, including diesel AT and gasoline DCT. There are currently 21 Kia Seltos variations available, compared to 22 for the Sonet. The Smartstream G1.0 HTK iMT variant has been made available to customers of Kia Sonets by the business. This trim is the first Sonet with a turbo option under 10 lakh, thanks to its turbocharged petrol engine.

Enhanced features across trims

Features like ADAS and a 360-degree camera, which are absent from the HTX trim of the Kia Seltos, are now available on the GTX variant of the car. Similarly, options like a wireless phone charger and ISOFIX child seat anchor points are now standard on lower trim levels of the Kia Sonet.
With the launch of the GTX model, Kia has added more trim options for the Sonet and Seltos SUVs. This new trim offers customers more features at a competitive pricing range, falling between the current HTX+ and GTX+ trims. Starting prices for the Sonet GTX and Seltos GTX, respectively, are 13,70,900 and 18,99,900 (ex-showroom).

The GTX trims for the Seltos and Sonet differ in a few significant ways. Compared to the Sonet’s 16-inch alloy wheels, the Seltos GTX has larger 18-inch wheels. Furthermore, the Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) feature that is present in the Seltos GTX and regular Sonet variants is not available in the Sonet GTX.

With the addition of a new Aurora Black Pearl color option that features an all-black glossy finish, Kia is further increasing the appeal of the Seltos X-Line variation. This is an addition to the current Matt Graphite option.

With these upgrades, Kia India highlights its dedication to customer-centricity. In order to give customers the newest features, technology, and best value for their money, the range has expanded its trim selection, added a new engine option, and upgraded its features.
