The Pulse Explore wireless earbuds and the Pulse Elite wireless headset are two new earphones that Sony introduced on Tuesday in India. Designed with gaming audio in mind, the earbuds were first introduced in the US in May 2023 at PlayStation Showcase. Along with sporting the same iconic dual-tone black-and-white style as the PS5, the Pulse Explore wireless earbuds and Pulse Elite wireless headset are equipped with PlayStation Link, Sony’s in-house wireless connection technology. The microphones on both earphones include AI-enhanced noise rejection, and they are planar magnetic drivers.

Price and Availability of Pulse Explore TWS and Pulse Elite in India

In India, the Pulse Elite wireless headset will retail for Rs. 12,990, while the Pulse Explore wireless earbuds are priced at Rs. 18,990. Starting on October 11, both are available for purchase at Sony Center, Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Croma, Reliance, and other participating retailers stores.

Features of the Pulse Elite and TWS Wireless Headsets

Planar magnetic drivers are included with both the Pulse Elite headset and the Pulse Explore earphones. The earbuds have two discreet microphones with AI-enhanced noise cancellation. Included with the Pulse Explore earbuds is a USB Type-C charging case.

The Pulse Elite headset has the same planar magnetic drivers and a fully retractable microphone that is supported by AI noise cancellation. A charging hanger for the headphones is included.

Bluetooth and Sony’s exclusive PlayStation Link wireless connection protocol provide multi-device communication for both audio devices. The PlayStation Link USB adaptor that comes with the earphones makes connecting to a PS5, PC, or Mac simple.

Up to five hours of battery life and an extra 10 hours when using the charging case are promised for the Pulse Explore earbuds.
