A brand-new colour has been added to the Google Pixel 8 and 8 Pro lineup. This week, Google began to tease the new color. The ordinary Pixel 8 lineup is given a welcome boost by the mint green option, which is more toned than the vibrant “bay” blue 8 Pro.

For those who are interested in the smaller Pixel model, this is the first chance to wander from the standard color options of rose gold, black, and hazel that have ruled since the phone’s arrival in October. However, Mint only offers the 128GB basic storage for both models; users who need extra storage will have to settle for the original hues.

It is combined with UFS 4.0 storage, so you can quickly retrieve your files.In terms of photography, the Pixel 8 performs well. It has a 50-megapixel primary camera with cutting-edge Octa-PD technology for superior performance in low light. You also get an 8x Super-Res digital zoom for taking pictures of far-off objects. Additionally, a 12-megapixel sensor with macro capability and autofocus is included for finely detailed up close photos. The front camera is a 10.5-megapixel unit used for taking selfies and making video calls.

The Pixel 8’s 4,575mAh battery ensures that you have enough power to go through the day. It can support both 18W wireless charging and 27W fast wired charging; but, in keeping with Google’s current policy, the charger isn’t included in the retail package.

The Pixel 8 Pro has a magnificent 6.7-inch QHD+ OLED display with Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for added durability and stunning images. There is a 10.5-megapixel selfie camera on the front, and three powerful cameras on the back: a 50-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilization and phase-detect autofocus, a new 48-megapixel ultrawide sensor, and a 48-megapixel 5x zoom camera with an amazing 30X Super-Res digital zoom. The phone’s metal and glass look is suggestive of the Pixel 7 Pro from earlier this year.

It is powered by the same Google Tensor G3 chip inside. With a 5,050mAh battery, the Pixel 8 Pro can be charged wirelessly or with a 30W cable charger; however, the charger is not included.

A Titan security processor for increased protection, 12GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage for smooth multitasking and enough of room are some other noteworthy features. It also has an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner and a temperature monitoring sensor.

The Melexis MLX90632 skin temperature sensor, which is placed close to the cameras, is an original creativity. Unlike other sensors, it’s completely dedicated to accurate temperature readings and doesn’t boost pictures. This feature may have uses beyond the boundaries typical smartphone features.
