Directed by Dheeraj Saran, the film explores the real-life circumstances surrounding the burning of the S-6 coach of the Sabarmati Express, a turning point in Indian history. Released on November 15, the movie has sparked discussions nationwide, drawing significant attention from political leaders.

The cast includes Vikrant Massey, Ridhi Dogra, and Raashii Khanna, with Massey receiving widespread praise for his compelling performance. Prime Minister Modi had previously expressed his support for the film, applauding its effort to shed light on the incident. Commenting on social media, Modi remarked, “Well said. The fact that this reality is being revealed in a form that the general public can understand is a good thing. The longevity of a false narrative is limited. Leaders from several BJP-ruled states have also lauded the film. Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, accompanied the ensemble to a screening and gave Massey’s performance excellent reviews. In Uttarakhand, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, after viewing the film with his cabinet, echoed these sentiments. He declared the film tax-free in the state, making Uttarakhand the seventh BJP-ruled region to extend this benefit. Dhami emphasized the film’s importance in presenting the truth behind the incident, noting that politics had overshadowed proper investigation at the time.
