In China, Xiaomi had a launch party for its Redmi 70 series smartphones. The Xiaomi Smart Band 9 was unveiled at the event as well. This new smart band features high-end enhancements added to a familiar design. It has a metal frame, an assortment of vibrant straps, and a unique ceramic version.

With over 200 customizable watch faces, the 1.62-inch AMOLED display on the Xiaomi Band 9 offers a noticeable brightness jump of 1200 nits.
Along with blood oxygen and stress tracking, health monitoring receives a 16% boost in heart rate accuracy over the previous year’s model. Additionally, sleep tracking has been enhanced, indicating the best sleep cycles for faster healing.
There are more than 150 different training options, including guided running courses. The Band 9 has basic smart functions including music control, message answers, and weather. It communicates by Bluetooth 5.4.
Contactless payments are made possible by NFC on some models. Swimming is permitted because to its 50-meter water resistance, and a single charge of the 233mAh battery should last 21 days.
Cost and accessibility
Three variants of the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 are available: the normal model, which costs CNY 249 (about $34) without NFC; the model with NFC, which costs CNY 299 (roughly $41); and the Ceramic Special Edition, which costs CNY 349 (roughly $48).
While Xiaomi only provides the band in Black, Argent, Pink Gold, and Blue, a range of various strap designs are available individually. In China, the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 is currently for sale. As of right present, no information is available concerning the worldwide rollout.
