Just three months after its debut, Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has revealed that 1 lakh units of reservations have been made for the brand-new Creta SUV. This achievement comes after the previous one million (10 lakh) sales mark for the previous model, which was attained in February 2024. The flagship SUV was introduced in 2015.

Hyundai Creta Bookings Reach One Lakh Units:

After being introduced in January 2024, the new Creta SUV carried out 50,000 and 80,000 reservations in February and March of that same year. It is now proud to announce that 1 lakh reservations have been made for the vehicle, a significant accomplishment for Hyundai. Customers have taken notice of it, expressing particular interest in its linked car and sunroof versions, which have led to 71% and 52% of bookings, respectively.

The Hyundai Creta consistently ranks in the top 10 SUV sales lists each month, and the new model, with its advanced features, is expected to continue this tradition. The “Sensuous Sportiness” global design language of Hyundai served as the inspiration for the new Hyundai Creta.

An Even Greater Success for New Creta:

It receives cutting-edge technology as well as several safety modifications and structural improvements that are unmatched by other SUVs in its class. The new Creta, which is enhanced by the company’s “Made in India” strategy, appeals to tech-savvy, modern Indian consumers, particularly now that Advanced Level 2 ADAS Safety Suite is a feature.

Hyundai’s dedication to safety is demonstrated by the new Creta’s reinforced super structure, which includes an exoskeleton that provides reinforcement in critical places such as the floor, side sills, crash pad, and crash members. The Creta also takes pride in using high tensile steel to create a protective shell that enhances rigidity and absorbs energy.

Superior Safety Features with Hyundai Creta Standard:

The Hyundai Creta is equipped with 70 advanced and 36 standard safety features. These consist of six airbags, hill start assist, electronic stability control, vehicle stability management, disc brakes on all four wheels, emergency stop signal, TPMS, and pre-tensioners for the front seat belts. Additionally, it has cutting-edge safety features including blind spot monitoring, an electric parking brake with auto hold, front parking sensors, and a surround view monitor.

For increased safety, it is fully equipped with Level 2 ADAS capabilities. A number of transmission options are available for the 1.5 L MPi Petrol, 1.5 L U2 CRDi Diesel, and 1.5 L Turbo GDi Petrol engines. The Hyundai Creta’s current price range, ex-showroom, is between Rs 13.41 and Rs 24.49 lakh (ex.sh). Prices have increased since the vehicle’s launch. It competes with vehicles such as the VW Taigun, Skoda Kushaq, Honda Elevate, Maruti Grand Vitara, and Toyota Hyryder.
