Toyota’s Innova has long held a solid reputation in the Indian automotive market, becoming one of the most reliable and best-selling models under the brand’s lineup despite its premium price point. Continuing to leverage the strong popularity of the model, the Japanese carmaker has now introduced a brand-new variant to further entice potential buyers. Let’s examine the features that the most recent addition, the Toyota Innova Hycross Exclusive Edition, offers.

The recently launched Exclusive Edition of the Toyota Innova Hycross officially makes its debut as a limited-run version of the existing premium MPV. This special variant has been introduced with an on-road price tag of ₹39.03 lakh (Mumbai) and is available only for a short window, from May 2025 until July 2025. It’s built on the top-of-the-line ZX(O) trim, making it the most feature-rich variant of the Hycross available, with some exclusive enhancements that distinguish it from the regular models.

With a marginal price increase of approximately ₹1.50 lakh over the standard ZX(O) variant, the Exclusive Edition offers several visual and cosmetic upgrades. It will be offered in two elegant paint choices-Super White and Pearl White-and boasts a sporty black roof, blacked-out front grille, dark rear garnish, and special ‘Exclusive’ badging to set it apart. The unique dual-tone exterior styling theme is mirrored on the inside, where the instrument panel, door trims, and seat upholstery adopt the same two-tone finish to give the cabin a more premium and dynamic appeal.

However, aside from the visual enhancements, there are no changes to the feature set. The Exclusive Edition still includes top-notch comfort and technology options such as front ventilated seats, luxurious Ottoman second-row seating, a panoramic sunroof, dual-zone climate control, and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), among others.

Under the hood, the mechanical setup remains unchanged. The variant continues with the same fuel-efficient 2.0-litre petrol engine combined with a hybrid electric motor, mated to an e-CVT automatic transmission. Powerful and efficient for both everyday commutes and long excursions, the powertrain achieves a decent mileage of roughly 23.24 km/l.
