Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, has made a significant real estate investment by purchasing two luxury floors in Panchsheel Park, South Delhi, for ₹37 crore. These new acquisitions were reported by various media outlets, highlighting the property’s design by Aryan’s mother, Gauri Khan, known for her interior design expertise.

Shah Rukh Khan himself owns a substantial heritage villa in the same area, spanning 27,000 square feet. This property, acquired in 2001 for over ₹13 crore, holds sentimental value for the Khan family, as Shah Rukh and Gauri lived there during the early stages of their careers. Aryan Khan’s recent purchase adds to the family’s existing real estate holdings in Panchsheel Park, which already include the basement and ground floor of the building.

The transaction for Aryan’s new investment was officially registered in May 2024, with a stamp duty payment of ₹2.64 crore. This purchase is part of a broader trend of high-value real estate transactions in South Delhi and other upscale areas of the city, a phenomenon that has gained momentum since the lifting of COVID-19 lockdown restrictions.
