AOC U27G40E 4K Gaming Monitor Released With 27-inch, 160Hz, 450 nit Brightness, and Other Features

With the model number “U27G40E,” AOC has introduced a new 4K gaming monitor to the Chinese market. Prices for the monitor start at 1,899 Yuan ($264).

Specifications of the AOC U27G40E Monitor

The AOC U27G40E boasts a 27-inch 4K (3840 x 2160) panel with a high refresh rate of 160 Hz, which produces incredibly smooth images. Its 1 ms grey-to-grey reaction time reduces motion blur and improves clarity in gaming play that moves quickly.

A 1000:1 contrast ratio, 450 nits of brightness, and 10-bit color compatibility with 100% sRGB and 95% DCI-P3 color gamuts are all features of the monitor. It has DisplayHDR 400 certification, which improves dynamic range and makes details in highlights and shadows more visible for lifelike images.

It offers 10.7 billion colors with ΔE<2 color accuracy, covering 95% DCI-P3 and 126% sRGB. It is expertly calibrated for vibrant and accurate color, making it ideal for creative work and gaming.

The monitor has Low Blue Light Mode and Flicker-Free technology for eye comfort, which minimizes eye strain from prolonged usage by lowering harmful blue light exposure and screen flicker. Additionally, it has PBP (Picture-by-Picture) and PIP (Picture-in-Picture) modes, which enable users to multitask by viewing material from two sources on a single screen.

By improving overall gaming performance and minimizing screen tearing, the monitor’s specialized gaming mode with Adaptive Sync technology gives users a competitive advantage. With variants that come with 4K 144Hz QLED screens, compatibility for Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, sophisticated gaming features, Google TV, and prices starting at €1299.99 for the 85-inch and €1999.99 for the 100-inch models, Xiaomi has introduced the TV Max 2025 series globally.
