With the release of the Honor GT, Chinese smartphone manufacturer Honor has recently made its foray into the market for high-end gaming smartphones. A flagship-tier Snapdragon processor powers the device, which has aggressive looks as the name implies. It is an appealing choice for both tech fans and mobile gamers because to its AI capabilities and gorgeous display.
1. Design and display
With dimensions of 161 mm by 74.2 mm by 7.7 mm and a weight of 196 g, the Honor GT is a thin and light smartphone. With a rectangular camera island on the back including two lens cutouts, an LED flash, and the “GT” branding, the gadget has a flat design with rounded sides.
A 6.7-inch 120Hz AMOLED screen with a 2664 x 1200 FHD+ resolution, 1.07 billion color support, and the DCI-P3 broad color gamut is one of its highlights. It costs 2,199 yuan (USD 301) for 12GB + 256GB, 2,399 yuan (USD 329) for 16GB + 256GB, 2,599 yuan (USD 356) for 12GB + 512GB, 2,899 yuan (USD 398) for 16GB + 512GB, and 3,299 yuan (USD 452) for 16GB + 1TB. The phone will formally go on sale in China on December 24th, although it is currently available for pre-order.
