Lava Shark 4G, which was introduced in India in March, may soon be joined by Lava Shark 5G. Details about the alleged phone, including its design and available colors, have leaked online. A dual back camera unit is reportedly included with the 5G model. The smartphone has also been featured on a well-known benchmarking website, which gives away details about the Lava Shark 5G’s operating system, RAM, and CPU. The 4G model has a primary rear camera with 50 megapixels and AI support.

About Lava Shark 5G

According to a report, the Lava Shark 5G is anticipated to launch in India shortly. The phone comes in two color options: blue and gold.

At the rear panel of the Lava Shark 5G, two circular camera units are positioned atop a square camera island that is slightly elevated. Together with them is a smaller, round LED flash unit with a circular design. The power button and volume rocker are located on the right edge.

Notably, the alleged Lava Shark 5G is a new Lava phone with the model number Lava LXX516, which is anticipated to be released soon. In the single-core and multi-core tests, the phone received scores of 742 and 1,911 points, respectively.

According to Lava Shark 5G, a Unisoc T765 SoC with 4GB of RAM might power the phone. It is anticipated to run directly on Android 15. 64GB of internal storage may be supported by the phone, the report further stated. The main camera on the phone might be 13 megapixels.

The Lava Shark model’s 4G version, which costs Rs. 6,999 for the only 4GB + 64GB combination, was introduced in India. It has an IP54-rated dust and water-resistant construction, a 5,000mAh battery with 18W cable charging capability, and a Unisoc T606 SoC. Its optics include an 8-megapixel selfie camera and a 50-megapixel primary rear camera. It comes with Android 14 OS and a 6.7-inch, 120Hz HD+ display.
