Oppo debuted the Reno 11A smartphone in Japan back in June 2024. In addition to revealing the more reasonably priced Reno 13A, it also revealed the Reno 14 5G in Japan.

The Oppo Reno 13A has a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with Full HD+ resolution, refresh rate of 120 Hz, maximum brightness of 1200 nits, and AGC Dragontrail STAR2 glass for protection. It is secured via an in-screen fingerprint scanner. An 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens with a field of view of 112°, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and a 50-megapixel primary sensor with OIS make up the rear camera configuration. The front camera has a 32-megapixel sensor.
Oppo Reno 13A: Storage and Battery
The Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 CPU, 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, and 128GB UFS 3.1 storage power the gadget. Up to 1TB of external storage via microSD and up to 16GB of virtual RAM expansion are supported by the phone. It has a 5,800mAh battery that can be charged quickly with 45W.
With additional features including dual SIM + eSIM compatibility, 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, USB-C, and twin speakers, the Reno 13A runs ColorOS 15, which is based on Android 15. The phone weighs 192 grams, has a thickness of 7.8 mm, and is rated IP68/69 for resistance to dust and water. In conclusion, this phone is a renamed Reno 13F that has been on the market since January of this year.
Oppo Reno 13A Pricing and Availability
The Oppo Reno 13A, which retails for 48,000 Yen (about $330), is currently up for pre-order in Japan and will go on sale on June 26. Three colors will be offered: Luminous Navy, Ice Blue, and Charcoal Gray.
