What does your company do?

FACE Skincare~Medical~Wellness is a beauty and wellness clinic offering cellular-level facials, laser treatments, injectables, body makeovers, naturopathic medicine, and IV Nutrient Therapy. Our goal is to use state-of-the-art technology and practices to help others feel and look their best.

What drives you to keep working hard each day?

Having a purpose larger than myself. I go to work each day knowing that what I do really makes a difference in the lives of others. It’s a lot easier to feel connected to what you do when you know you’re creating value.

What are some sacrifices you’ve made to get to where you are?

I’ve sacrificed everything at different times: my health, marriage, time with my kids, vacations, social time, even my sanity. It hasn’t been an easy journey, but it’s incredibly worthwhile. Since the business began, I’ve found ways to better balance everything I need to do. I spend a lot more time with my family and am taking better care of myself, even though the pressure of the business is still there.
