WhatsApp multi-account: According to reports, the company is developing a new feature for its iOS app that would let users manage several accounts on one device. By doing away with the necessity for users to carry around numerous devices or have different versions of WhatsApp for iOS, this upgrade seeks to streamline account administration. With multi-account capability, users should have no trouble switching between many WhatsApp accounts thanks to a user-friendly UI.
WhatsApp’s Multi-Account Capability for iOS
A WhatsApp feature tracker called WABetaInfo that the messaging app is working on a multi-account functionality for a potential iOS release. WhatsApp for iOS beta version 25.2.10.70 was found to include this feature. It would allow users to manage several WhatsApp accounts—personal or professional—from a single iPhone, as the name suggests.
New WhatsApp accounts can be added by users through the app’s settings. However, the program might need to be restarted in order to switch between accounts. Currently, there is a workaround that allows users to access several WhatsApp accounts on a single device. Usually, this involves utilizing a WhatsApp Business account for one of the profiles, even if it has nothing to do with business.
