“Pavi Caretaker” depicts the life of an unmarried Keralan residential flat caretaker named Pavi. Pavi spends a lot of time in the building and works hard to get his financial status better. He takes comfort in his rental property and his pet dog, despite his invasive and irritable manner. Pavi first objects to the building’s owner’s decision to lease a section to a lady, but she gradually starts exchanging notes with her. But a miscommunication causes her to leave suddenly, breaking Pavi’s heart and impacting his duties. The movie explores the possibility that fate will bring them together again.
