Swiggy has officially entered the professional services domain with the launch of its new AI-driven app, Pyng. This innovative platform is designed to seamlessly connect users with a wide pool of verified and skilled professionals across over 100 service categories, offering reliable assistance for both personal and professional needs.

Now available to users in Bengaluru, Pyng can be accessed via both iOS and Android devices. With this strategic expansion, Swiggy plans to onboard more than 10,000 vetted professionals, delivering services in diverse fields including health, wellness, finance, education, travel, home services, and event planning. Whether users need a yoga teacher, dietitian, tax advisor, career mentor, party DJ, or makeup expert, Pyng aims to offer a convenient and personalized solution.

Central to the Pyng experience is its advanced AI technology, which powers intelligent recommendations and streamlines user interactions. The built-in AI assistant understands user queries in real time, offering tailored suggestions based on specific needs. On the professional side, each service provider is equipped with a dedicated AI assistant that can address user inquiries, share service-related information, and handle booking details-enhancing communication and efficiency before any transaction takes place.

To further instill confidence, Swiggy has implemented a customer-first refund policy, allowing users to request a refund if the delivered service does not meet expectations. Earlier in the year, the company launched a seller-specific version of Pyng, through which more than 1,000 professionals have already been onboarded.
